1. I have received several e-mails from these people. While flattered at being addressed as a doctor, I am happy to see they are getting the submissions they deserve (and quite enjoyed my first Mathgen test.)

“Of course, if the Riemann hypothesis holds then the Riemann hypothesis holds.” 🙂

2. Well, actually it is nice that they are trying to have an open access paper. On the other hand, why pay 500 Dollars, if they do not pay the reviewers to do their work properly – one could just publish the paper on one’s academical website.

Anyway, here’s my comment on how the paper should react, if it was awesome:
